Why is proving learning impact so difficult – and how can we make it easier?

It’s often said that impact measurement is the ‘holy grail’ in the L&D world – highly sought after but ultimately elusive. It’s one challenge to prove the impact of your initiatives in its entirety, including intangible outcomes such as culture change. Ensuring you have all the necessary resources and processes in place to enable you to do so is another.

In this frank conversation, our panel invites you to join their efforts to make sense of these challenges and work toward more effective approaches to impact measurement. They’ll share creative approaches you can apply in your organization, including the new Hult Ashridge Process for Impact (HAPI), and ask you to share your perspective on how L&D leaders can not only create impact, but make it easier to demonstrate all the impact that their learning initiatives have.
