Judith Parsons

Judith specializes in leadership development and organizational change. She has worked with various clients helping them to develop and implement effective strategies for cultivating leadership and talent, build their global leadership capability and manage complex issues of change and engagement. 

Judith works with a wide variety of learning approaches – workshop-based learning, active experimentation and facilitative processes – and can offer specialisms in executive coaching, virtual facilitation and action learning.

Senior Advisor and VP HR, CSR & Transformation

Nandini has worked in several countries as SVP HR, Transformation and Diversity, and as Partner Consulting, being in charge of the EMEA and Asia areas, in large French and American organizations. She is currently the Academic Director of a leadership program at ESCP Business School. Nandini is a Senior Advisor in the Scientific Committee of a start-up in the EdTech industry. She is also the International Delegate of Esprit de Service France, a do tank, a label, a space of innovation and networking, and a training partner gathering members of the service industry.

Dr Ghada Howaidy

Founder of the Women on Boards Observatory

Dr. Ghada Howaidy is the Associate Dean for Executive Education and External Relations at the American University in Cairo School of Business. Before joining AUC in 2008, she was the founding director of international relations at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt.

Ghada has MA and MSc degrees in Middle East Studies and public management from AUC and the London School of Economics, as well as senior executive training at Harvard Business School. She holds a professional doctorate in Organizational Change from Hult International Business School. She is the founder of the Women on Boards Observatory in Egypt which produces annual monitoring reports, maintains a database of board-ready women in Egypt, provides board placement service and awareness and training on gender diversity. The Observatory has regional partnerships with The Boardroom Africa and the 30% Club MENA.

David Jenkins

Client Director, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champion at Atkins

David is a Client Director with Atkins, a member of the global SNC-Lavalin Group. A Chartered Civil Engineer by profession, David has around 35 years’ experience working across the Transportation Sector in a range of technical, project management, business, and people leadership roles, leading teams of up to 1000 employees across the UK.

For the last five years, he has also been the business lead for SNC-Lavalin’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy and plan within its UK & Europe Region, impacting over 10,000 staff. Under David’s direction, the business has just launched its latest and boldest ED&I #DifferentmakesadifferenceSNCL Strategy for the period up to 2023.

Chris Oglethorpe

Chris is currently HR Director at Gowling WLG having joined in 2015. He coaches and develops senior leadership teams and boards, helping them to achieve business success through their people, talent, and inclusion strategies.

Chris has spent his career in the City working across different sectors, predominantly in complex global international financial services companies as an HR Director and Chief Operating Officer. Chris thrives on change and progress that has a positive purpose. He joined the People in Law committee in 2019 and is part of the Wellbeing Opinion Leaders group. Further afield he is a judge for the Business Culture Awards and an Advisory Board member for a local secondary school.
