Matt is Director of the Sustainability Impact Lab at Hult International Business School. He specializes in sustainable development, human rights and organizational change. Matt has led numerous research projects on business and sustainable development for over a decade at Ashridge.
Matt is a frequent contributor to Hult Ashridge L&D solutions for executive education clients and has led many courses on Business and Global Society, Sustainable Development and Human Rights themes across Hult’s postgraduate and undergraduate courses.

Adam Portlock

Leading organizations in UK, USA, UAE and Singapore, Adam has over 25 years of global experience across a range of industries including education, aerospace, supply chain and digital consultancy. He specialises in leading strategy, operations, P&L, M&A and go-to-market, with a strong track record of scaling private equity and venture capital-funded businesses, including successful M&A exits, acquisitions, and fundraising.
Adam is passionate about the interplay between high-performance teams in sports and business, with published work on sports business, sponsorship, and ambush marketing. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School, complemented by Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
