Dr Erik de Haan
Director of Hult Ashridge Center for Coaching
Erik de Haan is the Director of The Hult Ashridge Center for Coaching with over twenty-five years of experience in organizational and personal development. He aims to support individuals in their search for what is right and just for themselves and for others in their organizations. His expertise covers process consulting for organizational change, consultation to teams and boards, strategic conferences, executive and team coaching.
Erik has an MSc in Theoretical Physics and gained his Ph.D. with his research into learning and decision-making processes in perception. He is a British Psychoanalytic Council registered psychodynamic psychotherapist with an MA in psychotherapy from the Tavistock Clinic; has (co-)authored more than 200 articles and 14 books; and sits on the editorial board of three journals including the Consulting Psychology Journal.
Dr David Bish
Director of Academic Management and Product Development, EF International Language Campuses
Dr David Bish is an educator with over 30 year’s experience as a university lecturer, teacher, teacher trainer, director of studies and materials writer. His research interests focus on the intersection between language teaching and technology, particularly leveraging mobile devices in language learning.
David has worked at EF for 20 years developing teaching materials, software and testing and training programmes. A passionate Edtech speaker, David is a regular presenter at international conferences such as IATEFL, EUROCALL and TEDx, while his work has twice made the finals of the British Council ELTONs awards for innovation in teaching.
Riaz Shah, OBE
Professor of Practice, Innovation & Leadership, at Hult International Business School
Riaz Shah is a Professor of Practice for Leadership & Innovation at Hult International Business School, as well as a member of the advisory council at Hult Ashridge Executive Education. Riaz specializes in teaching digital disruption, global megatrends, innovation, personal leadership and corporate responses to an increasingly BANI world.
He was a senior partner at EY, the global professional services firm, and has over 30 years’ experience in global management, talent, technology consulting, change management, and auditing. In this time, he has held senior roles such as Managing Partner of London Assurance, EMEIA COO for Markets, Global Learning & Development Leader, and Global Talent Leader for Assurance.
