Why is the business case for DEIB more vital than ever?

Organizations are increasingly recognizing the need to build more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces for all. To do so, they need to understand the business opportunities and risks of DEIB, take intentional action to address those opportunities and risks, and develop leaders with the skills to create safe and barrier-free work environments.

All colleagues have a role to play too because it is in the everyday decisions and behaviors that we all exhibit, that true inclusion and belonging are either created or eroded.
