She has established a record of accomplishment as an accredited Coach and inspirational speaker at conferences on the topics such as personal resiliency and cognitive diversity.
Andrej Drinovsky

From an early age, Marita's restless spirit has driven her to find expression in various entrepreneurial escapades. Her passion for unlocking potential in people has led her to spend a few years in teaching - first as a high school teacher and later in various academic institutions. She is also a published author of three textbooks in Economics, the latest one being published by Oxford University Press.
All the roads that she had been on, have prepared her well for the 10 years that she has been part of Nedbank. Marita is curious about new trends in learning and is energized by creating meaning through leading the Design and Development team. Her experience and expertise in the Learning and Development field allow her to contribute as a team member in various initiatives - forever trying to unlock possibilities in others.

Robert Ashcroft is a highly accomplished leader in Learning and Development (L&D) and talent acquisition. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has held significant roles at Santander UK, culminating in his position as Head of Capability, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives and implemented Agile practices.
Recognized for his expertise, Robert was named Learning Professional of the Year in 2018 by Training Journal. He is also a multi-award-winning innovator, contributing to the creation of "Mio," a bespoke colleague experience platform. Robert is passionate about customer-centric innovation, leadership, and enhancing employee experiences.
Sallyann Della Casa
CEO and Founder of GLEAC
Sallyann Della Casa is the CEO and founder at GLEAC, an Experts-as-a-Service platform, where she focuses on building communities and leveraging collective wisdom. Based in Dubai, Sallyann has a passion for helping individuals develop and apply skills through proximity-based learning.
She founded GLEAC in 2018, combining her experience from her previous role as Lead Tree Shaker at the Growing Leaders Foundation, where she worked on youth leadership initiatives across the Caribbean and the Middle East. Sallyann holds a Master’s Certification in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University.
