Understanding the transitions and challenges of senior women leaders during the COVID-19 pandemic

We were all impacted in some way by the pandemic, but it is wrong to assume that everyone was affected in the same way. Together with Ruter Dam, which runs an executive development and mentoring program for women leaders, our research aimed to understand and raise awareness of how senior women leaders in particular have experienced work during these uncertain times and the specific challenges they faced then and looking ahead to the future.

Our research study brings into focus the experiences of women leaders, the qualities they bring to leadership and their value to organizational performance, as well as highlighting that the challenges these senior leaders are facing as they move into the hybrid environment are not to be underestimated.

Download the findings below for a look ahead to the future world of work.
