Our partnership

“Leadership is a big responsibility. This program is helping to build the essential competencies for our organization to thrive in the years ahead."

The challenge
BNP Paribas Fortis wanted to evolve and move from product-focused to a client-centric culture and chose Hult Ashridge to help with developing 75 global senior leaders during this shift.
The goal was to transform leaders and senior managers into resilient, agile problem-solvers who continued to drive business growth and success – all while remaining highly engaged during a major cultural shift for the organization.
Our impact
Resilient and engaged leaders who can navigate cultural change
The tailored in-company program was co-created based on BNP Paribas Fortis' Leadership Principles and Competencies, and Hult Ashridge research on effective strategic leadership.
The program was designed to help participants master a set of four key elements of strategic leadership, together, and in the wider business context.
Highly engaged, better leaders
Participants felt the program helped them lead and think differently and feel more engaged, enabling them to further motivate their teams to understand the culture shift.
Bigger network net-worth
Participants valued the networking opportunities created by the program, forging collaborative relationships to help their career journeys.
