The ADEC is the local executive authority of the Abu Dhabi Government. It works to enforce local and federal rules, and leads all governmental departments.
Our comprehensively designed development assessment center for managers and executive directors included Hogan personality assessments, a customized 360 feedback tool, and a detailed report following individual feedback and personal development planning sessions.
With the insights gained from this, we collaborated to deliver an immersive leadership development experience. Hosted in San Francisco, it focused on releasing the change-maker potential of managers and executive directors to drive impactful change within ADEC.
